Sunset Over a Pseudo-Crater

Today was a beautiful clear day, so I took the opportunity to explore the area around the hotel. Across from the hotel are the Skútustaðagígar Craters which are formed when hot lava comes in contact with a lake. The boiling water explodes out from the ground and causes craters. They are pseudo craters because real craters are formed by erupting lava.

I ended going on the hike twice which was nice because the second hike was during sunset and netted better pictures.
