The Drunkard’s Walk is a mathematical term given to an experiment where the direction and distance from the starting point and each subsequent point are random.
The Drunkard who writes this blog uses a very loose interpretation of the Drunkard’s Walk to experience new things. For example, it would be out of character to take a guided tour bus through a new city; it would be much more likely that he would start walking in a random direction (e.g. toward the ocean) and see what he finds along the way.
